CANCELLATION POLICY
We operate a "48hrs Cancellation Notice". If for any reason you don't give 48hrs Notice to cancel, you will be charged the remaining balance.

Failure to turn up for an appointment will also result in the balance being charged.


Gift Cards purchased in the salon will not be able to be processed on our booking system. Credit/Debit card details will have to be entered to secure your appointment (you will not be charged)
